CROSSBOOM, KIT EME XP20/XP22

              You spoke & we listened.  Many have discovered very successful EME is now possible with just two Yagis.  Many have been buying two 2MXP20 & cobbling a crossboom together.  We saw that and designed an optimized yet simple system to meet that need.  The CB-LB13 allows for mounting of two (XPOL) horizontally polarized antennas, or two (CP) cross polarized Yagis or two circular polarized antennas, up to 13’ apart.  Our newest addition, the 2MXP22A is optimally accommodated.

The fiber glass cross boom has been developed to work well with the Yeasu G-5500 and G-550. It allows solid clamping to the cross boom without crushing the fiberglass tubes. It consists of a solid aluminum center rod and 2.0 x 0.250 wall.  Fiberglass tubes on each side of the center rod. The solid rod and Thick wall Fiber Glass tube gives the ability to secure the arrays for years of slip free service.

We have added  a handy preamp / relay box mounting area by extending the “L” brace legs on either side. The placement of the relay box (available separately) is adjustable to allow weight balancing of the system. The power dividers mount underneath the relay box.
